1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://www.streeaarogyam.in/ (“Site”) or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • “Clinic” means Stree Aarogyam, headed by Dr Vinayak Shinde.
  • “User” means any visitor or patient using the Site or Services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide obstetrics & gynecology consultations, menstrual health care, PCOS/PCOD treatment, infertility evaluation, pregnancy support, and related services.

4. Appointments & Payments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Fees will be communicated at booking; full or partial pre‑payment may be required.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or fees may apply.

5. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Respect our staff and property; no abusive or illegal behavior.
  • Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer our Site or introduce harmful code.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Stree Aarogyam or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stree Aarogyam and Dr Vinayak Shinde from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
