Online Payment & Refund Policy

1. Online Payments
We offer secure online payment via third‑party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm). Transactions are subject to the gateway’s terms and privacy policy.
2. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
Stree Aarogyam is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or bank errors. All disputes over transaction decline or acceptance lie with the gateway and your bank.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- By Patient: If you cancel ≥ 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, 100% of the consultation fee will be refunded. Registration fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
- By Clinic: If we cancel due to unavailability, 100% of any fees paid will be refunded.
- Refund Method & Timeline: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 4–7 business days, subject to gateway policies.
